Outstanding Achievement Awards 2025
Celebrating Women Who Transform The World..
For over three decades, YWCA Utah has proudly celebrated extraordinary women through the Outstanding Achievement Awards (OAA) at our annual LeaderLuncheon. These awards honor visionary leaders, trailblazers, and changemakers whose impact transforms lives and uplifts communities.
Each year, we gather to shine a spotlight on these inspiring individuals, whose stories ignite hope and motivate all of us to dream bigger, act bolder, and stand together for a brighter, more equitable future.
When we honor a woman with an OAA, we’re not just celebrating her achievements; we’re recognizing the power of her legacy—proof that one person’s vision can leave an indelible mark on the world.
